Only Indian Nationals are eligible to win and claim the cash prizes.
Only those runners confirmed by the Bajaj Allianz Pune Half Marathon Team as an elite runner with designated BIB starting their race at the official start time on Sunday, 24th November will be entitled to be considered for prize money.
Prize money will be processed within 30 working days after the event.
The prize money mentioned above are subject to applicable tax deductions in accordance with the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961. The applicable rate of TDS shall be 31.2%.
Race results announced on race day will be 'provisional'. Final results and entitlement to prize money shall be subject to the rules mentioned herein and the Race Regulations.
Finish positions of the elite marathon runners will be based on gun time only.
In addition to the above, entitlement to finish positions and prize money winnings are also subject to -
- Physical verification by technical officials and anti-cheat cameras
- Athletes found to have interchanged their running number bib and/or bib tag with others, will be disqualified from the competition. Such athletes shall not be entitled to any timing or prize money (where applicable).
Organizers’ decision is final on the finisher rankings and prize winners.
